Took my 2 children here for 2 days, we all had a great time it wasn’t too busy either so I would recommend avoiding the weekends and holidays.

Mia from customer services. We originally visited during Brick or treat meaning we had tickets for a second visit during February. Obviously Covid has meant this wasn't possible and we were originally offered some new dates in March and May. Due to Family circumstances this wasn't going to be possible as 2 of them were coming from over 6 hours away. Mia very kindly arranged for our booking to happen at a time when our family (including a very excited 4 year old) could come to the park. Thank you for going above and beyond Mia it is truly appreciated.

Just wanted to say what an amazing experience my family had with Legoland. It’s clear the park have worked really hard to put covid measures in place, and the closure-down time over the last 12 months have meant the park was in outstanding condition - loads of new attractions and generally really clean and tidy. The Staff were also really positive and cheerful right through the whole day. All in all, every bit a 5 star visit.

I have to write this review and give 5* not for the experience we had but for this lady GEORGIA in customer service (co ordinate). Due to unforeseen circumstances our experience was awful. This lady put up with my anger, upset, frustration and never, tried to pass me and my problem to another person, or department. She emailed me promptly, kept me up to date. She solved all my problems to get me a refund and more. She went far and beyond the care of duty, which I felt she genuinely cared. What a shame that not everyone has a GEORGIA in there company. I am going to phone LEGOLAND head office as I feel that just leaving a review Trustpilot is not enough, to show my gratitude for not only resolving the problem but for being such a nice person. She is a credit to LEGOLAND.

Kids loved it here when I took them a few years ago.

It was our first time in Legoland with the family.Didn’t enjoy one bit. I can appreciate the settings and workmanship that has gone into creating it all. It is pretty and impressive. Rides however is what we all want to go on and that took an hour to queue to each ride.I am not doing that again. To spend 7 hours in a queue on a Sunday and not being let into some because I didn’t have a face mask.Kids may not have complained much and maybe enjoyed it a little bit but for the money it cost us it would have been better day out at the Funfair.

We had a great time at Legoland. The setting is wonderful, in rolling hills and trees, with Windsor castle in the background. There's lots to see and do, and most importantly, our 5 year old loved every second of our day there. All the other children (and adults) were enjoying themselves too, there was a great atmosphere. The staff were all very helpful. We went on a weekday and the queues were very short (most were 5 minutes or less). And with the Lego app you can tell where the queues are. The park is organised as best as can be to be covid-safe, with lots of hand sanitiser stations and reminders to socially distances. Of course, not everyone is careful, but it's like that everywhere... Overall it was a fantastic day and great value too with online advance booking.

Great day out. Used queue jumpers though, vital to a enjoyable day. The lego models and rides are fantastic. Me and my husband enjoyed the day, just as much as our children! The pub onsite do great food too. Caters for kids of all ages!


Great day out for the family.. we has access pass but some of the rides didn't have separate queue signs so had to queue along time so with me having mobility issues I found very had..HOLIDAY PAYMENT PLAN if they did this they would get so much more bookings. I for one would definitely book to stay in their hotels
